PRODUCT QUALITY
All FSA clothing has been designed and manufactured to last. We use heavy weight hard wearing T-shirts, all of which are screen printed NOT transfer printed. Our quality and attention to detail are our hallmarks, all products are rigourously checked before despatch.
ORDERING WITH FSA
All product prices are displayed in £UK Sterling
Online and Telephone orders can be paid for with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, Visa Electron, Solo and JCB credit/debit cards. Credit card receipts and a full invoice will be sent with your order.
Please ensure you provide us with card and personal information, please provide card information EXACTLY as it appears on your card.
Payment
We are not VAT registered; VAT will NOT be charged on any garment(s) you purchase from FSA. FSA clothing operates under the auspices of a sole trader
For online orders we will contact you by email to confirm the total cost (including postage and packaging).
We seek to ensure our website information is correct and current; errors can occur and any mistakes will be promptly corrected.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
• You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of ordering. Please contact us by phone/email, if you wish to cancel your order for any reason
• If we have not sent what you ordered we will either offer a full refund, or exchange the item. In both cases we will refund your return postage costs
• If you ordered the wrong item we will either offer a full refund, or exchange the item at our discretion. We will not refund your postage charges.
Damaged/Faulty goods we will either offer a full refund, or exchange the item. In both cases we will refund your postage costs.
• We will usually get replacements (and refunds) sent out to you within two working days of receiving your returned product.
• All returns must be in an re-saleable, unused state. Complete with the original packaging, instructions and documentation as supplied by the manufacturer.
• When returning items to us, please use a secure service which provides proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
ONLINE CUSTOMER SECURITY
We take customer security very seriously. To protect your online transactions, we use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Developed by Netscape, 128bit SSL is the leading security protocol used on the Web. If your browser is capable of SSL (most are), your personal information will be automatically encrypted, before it is sent over the Internet. When you log in or enter personal details/credit card details, you will see https://www.fatsloperaction.com/catalog in the address bar and the ‘secure’ padlock icon in the lower right bar of your internet browser will appear.
Credit card details of our customers are NOT stored either physically or electronically after a successful transaction has taken place. Card details are erased from our 128bit SSL SECURE server and any paper copies shredded.
