UK ORDERS

FSA Clothing offers free postage and packaging on all UK purchases over £50. Postage is £2.65 for orders under £50 (We will accept internet orders outside of the UK) Orders will normally be dispatched within 2-4 working days. Where an item cannot be dispatched within the normal time scale or is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or give you the option to cancel your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

FSA will ship to Europe, Canada, N America, South America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and HM Forces bases worldwide - all stock items will be shipped next day by 1st class Royal Mail International Post on receipt of cleared payment.

If you are ordering outside of the UK please contact us direct at sales@fatsloperaction.com or specify the delivery country during the ordering process. We will then get back to you within 24hrs, confirming your international order and your shipping costs. COMPLAINTS

Please contact us by phone/email within 10 working days of ordering, to notify any problems with your order. If we have dispatched the wrong item(s) we will either offer a full refund, or exchange the item(s). If you ordered the wrong item we may, at our discretion, offer a full refund, or exchange the item but you will normally be expected to cover shipping costs. Damaged/Faulty goods we will either offer a full refund, or exchange the item. Please ensure any returns or exchanges are returned in their original packaging Orders will normally be dispatched within two working days. (please see separate notes for further information) Where an item cannot be dispatched within the normal time scale or is out of stock we will contact you, giving you the option to cancel your order.
