Shipping policy

UK Shipping

FSA currently has 3 locations for stored and manufactured to order goods. This is not ideal but is the reality of a small operation, in the future this will change and goods will despatch in the most economical way from a single location.

You may therefore see multiple shipping costs on your order, this is normal and to be expected and items can arrive in separate deliveries. However we will always batch together orders and ship at least cost to you, but if you see abnormally high shipping costs or want to discuss any aspect of shipping, please contact slopers@fatsloperaction.com and we will sort it out. 

We want shipping costs to be fair but also not cripple us whilst we manage logistics. We use Royal Mail and EVRI and delivery leadtimes are 2-3days from Devon, up to 5-6days from manufactured to order locations.

Lastly, we will always use recycled and/or recyclable or compostable packaging where possible.

For our EU and International Customers

You are massively important to us, FSA has supplied many overseas customers over the years and this will continue. At the moment we do not currently ship outside of the UK via this website, this will change as we navigate EU tax rules and new distributors are established in different markets.
